Mr. Shashi Bhushan Prasad is an Insolvency Professional (enrolled with the Insolvency Professional Agency of Institute of Company Secretaries of India), Advocate and Company Secretary with a combined work experience of 25 years in various sectors including real estate, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, IT & other service sector.

His area of experience include appearance as a counsel before tribunals, appellate tribunals, advising on corporate and other related laws. He has worked as the Sr. Manager (Assets & Taxation) in I & S communique Pvt Ltd. from October 2002 till June 2011. He also worked in AN Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. as the AGM Finance & Company Secretary.
