Bipin Kabra is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with over 26 years of experience in areas of Banking, Insurance and Investment Banking. He has worked in diverse groups such as SBI, ICICI, Reliance, Dhanlaxmi Bank, Religare and Capri Global. Treasury and Fund raising have been his responsibility for over a decade in the corporate world. During this period he has interacted with most of the CEOs/CIOs in the fund management industry as well as Rating agencies. He has raised funds through QIP, Public issue, private placement and in the process interacted with the sell side and the buy side communities.

He has steered earning calls on behalf of organizations and has successfully communicated business strategies to the financial investor community for over a decade. A part of top management (CXO & Board member) for the last 12 years, he has also been a part of FICCI SME chapter for several years wherein he helped SMEs in raising funds. Having worked in a listed group, he understands the importance of Investor Relations by keeping regulatory compliance under check.
